Functional Reserve Capacity (frc)
Description:
The total amount of work that can be done during continuous exercise above FTP before fatigue occurs. Units are kJ or J/kg.

Syntax for formulas:
frc(meanmax(power),90) <returns functional reserve capacity in kilo joules based off last 90 days>

Common examples:
FRC is a rating of maximal and can be used at the athlete level. Note, the "90" in the formula utilizes the last 90 days and can be adjusted
