Dual-sided power meters now allow us to measure asymmetry in cycling, and WKO4 is the perfect software to identify and understand how the asymmetry is developing. Using WKO4's pedaling metrics analytics, we can begin to see what type of asymmetry it could be, possible solutions, and whether it is necessary to improve our pedaling technique or relearn it entirely. Throughout this process, WKO4 gives us continuous feedback about the evolution of the asymmetry and any changes we make.
